• Your Role

• As part of our team, you will provide pragmatic and business-oriented legal advice to UBS's Corporate Banking business in Switzerland. You will advise on lending, leasing, trade finance and cash management solutions, support the structuring and execution of transactions, and help identify and manage legal and regulatory risks across a broad range of business activities.

• You will work closely with business stakeholders, control functions and external counsel, while contributing to strategic projects and selected digital transformation initiatives that support the continued evolution of our products, services and processes.

• The team

• You will join Corporate Banking Legal Switzerland, a dedicated and highly professional team supporting UBS's corporate banking business across a broad range of products, services and transactions.

• Our team combines deep legal expertise with a strong culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing and practical problem-solving. We are trusted advisors to our business partners and work closely with colleagues across Legal, Risk, Compliance and other control functions.

Our team plays a key role in supporting and advancing initiatives across the following areas:

• Lending, leasing, trade finance and cash management solutions

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating financing agreements and related documentation

• Workout, recovery and litigation matters relating to corporate banking activities

• Strategic business projects and transformation initiatives

• Legal support for innovative products, services and process enhancements across the corporate banking business

• Your skills and experience

• Master's degree in Law from a Swiss university and admission to the Swiss Bar

• 2-5 years of post-qualification experience gained in a law firm and/or an in-house legal department

• Strong interest in banking and finance law, with a willingness to develop expertise across a broad range of corporate banking topics

• Good knowledge of Swiss contract and commercial law; experience in banking and finance matters is an asset

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of seniority

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Full professional proficiency in German and English; French and/or Italian language skills are a strong advantage
