-
Impact Measurement: Design and implement feedback mechanisms, assessments, and surveys to measure training effectiveness and learner satisfaction (utilizing frameworks like the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model).
-
Data Administration: Utilize relevant tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track participant attendance, manage learning pathways, analyze completion rates, and report on training impact to business stakeholders.
-
Continuous Iteration: Review feedback data, training metrics, and business outcomes to continuously refine and modernize existing learning programs.
-
Stay Ahead of Trends: Proactively research and experiment with emerging trends in corporate learning, including microlearning, social learning, and modern AI-supported educational systems.
-
Workshop Design & Development
-
Instructional Alignment: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), learning design teams and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and define clear, measurable behavioral objectives.
-
Curriculum & Material Creation: Apply instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to draft interactive workshop outlines, lesson plans, slide decks, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides.
-
AI-Assisted Content Generation: Safely and effectively leverage generative AI learning tools to accelerate curriculum outlining, draft realistic role-play scenarios, and personalize learning paths.
-
Experiential Learning: Design hands-on activities, realistic scenario-based simulations, and case studies that move beyond passive knowledge acquisition to practical, execution-level mastery.
