About this role
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of debt capital markets, and sustainable and transition finance
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities in sustainable finance, credit analysis or capital market transactions, with experience evaluating financing frameworks and corporate transition strategies an advantage
- Strong understanding of Japan’s corporate and financial landscape, including issuers, financial institutions, investors, intermediaries, industry associations, and relevant market developments
- Proven ability to form strong analytical judgements, build trusted relationships, communicate technical concepts clearly, and engage credibly with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English, with the ability to produce clear analytical conclusions and deliver effective presentations in both languages
