We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Leader to join a dynamic hospitality and lifestyle design practice based in Hong Kong. This is a senior, client-facing role for a design professional who thrives on leading creative teams and building strong, trusted relationships with clients throughout the design journey.
You will take ownership of the design vision and delivery across 2–3 concurrent client accounts, spanning hotels, restaurants, members' clubs, wellness spaces, or other lifestyle-driven environments. This role is designed for a design-first leader — you will not be responsible for contract negotiation, procurement, or financial management, allowing you to focus fully on design excellence, team leadership, and client relationships.
