The Team You’ll Join

The Financial Systems team at Envestnet plays a critical role in powering the technology behind the company’s finance operations, building and enhancing the systems that support reporting, reconciliation, and the close process. Partnering closely with Finance stakeholders, the team develops integrations, dashboards, and automation within Oracle Fusion to ensure accurate, scalable, and efficient financial data flow across the organization. By combining deep technical expertise with business insight, they drive continuous improvement in how financial processes are executed—making it an exciting space for those who enjoy solving complex problems at the intersection of finance and technology.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Responsible for design, development, support and optimization of Envestnet’s critical software programs that power wealth management, data aggregation and operational workflows. Ensures applications are highly available, secure and compliant with company and regulatory standards, while meeting the needs of advisors, clients and internal teams. Manages integrations, monitors performance and ensures effective incident resolution. Ensures applications are scalable, efficient and resilient.
  • Collaborates with allied teams (Architecture, Engineering, Technical Operations and Quality) to develop detailed application implementation solutions.
  • Architects, develops, builds and implements highly secure, compliant, resilient, cost effective and high performing solutions.
  • Develops, builds, configures, customizes, integrates and tests solutions. Investigates opportunities to use new and emerging technologies.
  • Develops and delivers key reporting metrics and insights related to the cost and utilization of enterprise applications.
  • Ensures application of standard operating procedures for development, deployment, support, break-fix and systems management.
  • Collaborates with technical experts to troubleshoot and resolve escalated client operations, production, integration or application issues.
  • Configures and supports Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), AutoInvoice, Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), and Subscription Management to support Envestnet's billing-to-cash processes.
  • Maintains and optimizes Oracle AutoInvoice integrations, resolving interface errors, improving data quality, and supporting automated billing platform-to-AR workflows.
  • Supports Oracle RMCS revenue recognition processes, including contract identification, performance obligation configuration, revenue scheduling, testing, validation, and exception resolution in alignment with ASC 606 requirements.
  • Collaborates with Finance Shared Services, Client Billing, and Integration teams to translate business requirements into Oracle configuration and automation solutions that improve accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Develops and maintains operational reporting, dashboards, and reconciliation capabilities using Oracle reporting tools and integration platforms to support billing operations, period-end close activities, audit readiness, and ongoing process automation.

What You’ll Need to Bring

  • Hands-on Oracle Fusion AR configuration experience — AutoInvoice interface, customer model, transaction types, and period-close.
  • Experience partnering with engineering/integration teams on billing platform integrations to Oracle AR.
  • Track record of identifying and helping automate manual billing and cash application steps.
  • Ability to translate Finance and Billing stakeholder requirements into Oracle configuration changes, working under a manager's or director's direction.
  • Ability to write functional specs and validate integration designs in partnership with engineering teams.
  • Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.

Nice-to-Haves

  • 5+ years hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Oracle Fusion O2C modules (AR, RMCS, AutoInvoice, Subscription Management).
  • Oracle RMCS configuration or implementation experience.
  • Familiarity with SaaS billing platforms and their AutoInvoice integration patterns.
  • Experience with Workato for billing-to-AR automation.
  • Background in Oracle implementation consulting — O2C practice.
  • Financial services or wealth management industry experience.

This role offers a base salary range of [minimum to midpoint]. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
