Job title: Key Lead m/w/d - NOVA, Hollister
About the Role The Key Lead acts as Floor Supervisor to ensure a quality in-store experience for customers. They guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations on track and drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales. As a member of the store leadership team, they model Abercrombie & Fitness culture while leading a team to meet targets.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
- Build and maintain Visual Displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
- Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
- Supervisor/ Managerial Experience: No supervisory/ management experience is required.
- CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German, required.
- Maintain a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
- Take initiative and show confidence.
- Master adaptability and flexibility.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: €36,500.00 annually for full-time (full-time hours 40 per week); part-time hours are 20 or 25 per week. The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
