How You’ll Make an Impact

• Learn how to design and deliver substation automation systems while supporting ongoing energy infrastructure projects.
• Help create control system diagrams and integrate technologies such as RTUs, HMIs, and Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs).
• Contribute to customer proposals by supporting technical and commercial documentation tailored to project needs.
• Prepare project documentation, including functional specifications, testing procedures, and signal lists to ensure successful project execution.
• Explore new technologies and support testing activities that drive innovation and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous work experience is not required. We welcome graduates and early-career professionals who are ready to learn and grow.
• A strong interest in power systems and a desire to build a career in substation automation and digital energy solutions.
• Knowledge of power transmission, distribution, and protection concepts gained through your studies, projects, or internships.
• A curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, and customers.
• Confidence communicating in English; German language skills are an advantage.
