About this role
AdFirst - Junior Media Buyer
AdFirst is a growth advisory and execution business specialised in performance marketing and commercial strategy for DTC e-commerce brands. We operate across two divisions — Consulting and Execution — and we hold ourselves to a standard that most of the industry doesn't.
Position
As Junior Media Buyer, you will support the execution of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of DTC e-commerce clients, working directly alongside our Senior Media Buyers and performance team. This is a hands-on learning role with real responsibility from day one — you will not be making coffee or building decks nobody reads. You will be in the accounts, working on live campaigns, and developing the skills that matter in performance marketing.
This is one of the most valuable entry points into performance marketing available at this level. The standard here is high, and for the right person, the growth is fast.
Key responsibilities
-
Assist in the setup and launch of paid media campaigns across Meta and Google under senior supervision
-
Monitor daily campaign performance, flag anomalies, and support optimisation decisions
-
Maintain campaign trackers, budget pacing sheets, and account naming conventions
-
Conduct audience research, competitor ad analysis, and creative benchmarking
-
Support A/B testing processes for creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
-
Compile performance data and assist in building weekly reports
-
Actively participate in team reviews and strategy sessions, contributing observations and ideas
-
Take ownership of assigned tasks fully — meeting deadlines, flagging blockers early, and following through without being chased
-
Working hours: Sunday–Thursday, 10AM–6PM (core with flexibility)
-
Benefits: Competitive entry-level salary (EGP 14,000–18,000/month base salary), performance bonus, remote with occasional in-office collaboration, structured mentorship from senior media buyers, and rapid progression tied to performance.

-
1–3 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field
-

-
High attention to detail in everything from campaign builds to reporting accuracy

-
Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and tracking
-
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads (even at a basic level) is a strong plus
