At Sener, we deliver complex rail, metro, airports, and stadiums projects across the region and internationally. We are looking to connect with talented UAE National engineering graduates and early-career professionals with 0–3 years of experience for future opportunities across our multidisciplinary engineering teams in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Support engineering design, calculations, analysis, modelling, documentation, and coordination activities under the guidance of senior engineers.

Assist with the preparation of drawings, technical reports, specifications, presentations, schedules, calculations, and other project deliverables.

Collect, organize, review, and interpret project data, engineering inputs, technical information, and applicable requirements.

Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings, technical reviews, workshops, project discussions, and site visits where required.

Work with engineers and specialists from different disciplines to support integrated project solutions.

Apply relevant engineering principles, digital tools, quality procedures, and project requirements to assigned activities.

Raise technical questions and identify inconsistencies, missing information, and coordination matters with support from senior team members.

Participate actively in training, mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and professional development activities.
Job Requirements

UAE National status is required for this opportunity.

Valid UAE Family Book is mandatory.

Completion of UAE National Service is mandatory for eligible male candidates.

Between 0 and 3 years of professional engineering experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline from a recognized university.

Applications are welcomed from Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Architectural disciplines.

Foundational understanding of engineering principles relevant to the candidate’s academic background.

Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn discipline-specific engineering software.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:

Internship, university project, research, site, laboratory, or design-office experience.

Exposure to an engineering consultancy, contractor, government entity, client organization, or technology environment.

Participation in engineering societies, technical competitions, research projects, or graduate development activities.
