Join our Grid Automation Engineering team and start your career contributing to the delivery of protection and control systems for High and Medium Voltage substations worldwide. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the detailed design, configuration, parameterization, and testing of protection and control systems at the bay level for HV/MV substations.
- Contribute to the development of control and protection concepts for customer offers and project execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Substation Automation, SCADA, and Cybersecurity Engineering teams to deliver complete and reliable substation solutions.
- Engage with experienced engineers, utility operators, and suppliers to support the engineering of secondary control systems.
- Drive continuous improvement by helping optimize system design, configuration, parameterization, and engineering processes.
- Review technical specifications and engineering standards, providing feedback to support quality, consistency, and project compliance.
What You Bring
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant experience in protection and control engineering is welcomed; motivated graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of power system fundamentals, including transmission, distribution, and protection principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Fluent English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across global teams.
