About the Role
The IT Security Support / Security Operations Support role provides operational and technical support to the cybersecurity function, focusing on the day-to-day execution of security controls, access management, and security-related requests across the organization. This position supports security operations by managing user access, identity and authentication processes, and security tooling administration under established policies and procedures. The role works closely with IT, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure security controls are properly implemented, maintained, and documented.
What You'll Do
- Handle security-related tickets and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support MFA and IAM processes to manage user access and authentication.
- Assist with endpoint and system hardening activities.
- Maintain compliance with internal security standards.
- Contribute to incident response activities by supporting investigation, documentation, and escalation processes.
