Job title: IT Global Team Lead, Sales and Distribution Logistics CTBC
About the Role Lead ContiTech SAP Sales and Distribution Logistics (SDL) Global Support team, steer projects for improvements and standardizations, and design, execute, and maintain SDL SAP processes for ContiTech systems in coordination with peers in SCM IT and other SAP Competency Centers. You will oversee the implementation of SDL, TM, and GTS in line with the global IT strategy and ensure proper documentation and training for SDL processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead the ContiTech SDL Global Support team and drive improvements across SDL SAP processes
- Design, execute, and maintain SDL SAP processes; coordinate with SCM IT and other SAP Competency Centers
- Manage SDL, TM, and GTS implementation projects; align with the global IT strategy and coordinate SAP functionalities and add-ons
- Ensure documentation and training requirements are met for SDL processes
- Provide IT expertise to application areas, translate business requirements into SAP solutions, and support blueprint design and debugging
- Communicate effectively with global teams and mentor staff to leverage strengths and synergies
What We're Looking For
- Academic degree (computer science, industrial, manufacturing, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience translating SAP requirements into solutions, process design, and IT consulting; ability to develop Business and IT/SAP strategies
- Ability to visualize IT concepts, debug, code, and perform blueprint design
- Project management experience with complex requirements and challenging timelines
- Minimum 5 years of practical staff management (leadership, coaching, feedback, problem solving)
- Proven experience implementing SAP projects and interacting with Senior Management
- Background leading global teams with strong communication across diverse cultures
- German language proficiency at B2+ level
