Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an Intern or Junior Project Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. This is a short-term engagement with the possibility of extension. The company offers Employer of Record (EOR) and global payroll services, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations. The solution assumes full legal responsibility for these employees, handling payroll, compliance, and employment regulations in various jurisdictions. Through its sub-brand, global unity analytics offers tools for tracking workforce data, which can help organizations optimize their hiring strategies and manage costs effectively. Established in 2008 and headquartered in Austin, Texas, the company specializes in assisting organizations to efficiently and compliantly hire and manage employees in more than 170 countries.

The role focuses on translating business priorities into actionable project plans, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring projects progress smoothly from initiation through completion. You will also contribute to improving project management practices and establishing scalable best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Basic project management skills and a strong willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
• Experience with project tracking tools; Asana is preferred.
• Familiarity with the B2B business model.
• English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level is required, as all verbal and written communication will be in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop project-oriented marketing plans with clear action items, owners, timelines, and deadlines.

• Manage content calendars and project reporting in Asana.

• Coordinate across teams and regions to establish priorities based on business needs.

• Track project progress and hold team members accountable for completing assigned actions on time.

• Provide regular project status updates to key stakeholders and leadership through Asana and other requested channels.

• Identify and communicate risks to project timelines, including potential needs for additional time, resources, or budget.

• Support ongoing marketing content, design, and digital projects, ensuring they progress smoothly through the full project lifecycle.

• Facilitate regular check-ins and status meetings for ongoing and one-time projects, and share updates and meeting minutes with relevant stakeholders and leadership as needed.

• Develop new best practices based on project experience and help drive their adoption across the organization and customer base.

• Manage the day-to-day administration of Asana, including creating new projects and maintaining project templates and forms.
