About the company and project
Marfields Group is developing St. Regis Residences Limassol, a luxury branded development in Cyprus valued at around €400 million. The project covers two buildings with approximately 250 residences and premium offices, and is at its earliest stage, before excavation.
Marfields Group is building an in-house design team to manage the extensive apartment customisations that St. Regis buyers expect, from finishes to FF&E.
The role
The Interior Designer creates and delivers interior schemes for the residences, including bespoke finishes and FF&E packages for individual buyers.

Reports to: Head of Design, within the design team led by CDO Dario Berego

Buyer contact: occasional, mainly when presenting customisation options

Location: Limassol, Cyprus. A remote start is possible, with relocation to Limassol later. A freelance arrangement through the planned Italy office may be considered for EU-based candidates.
Key responsibilities

Develop interior design concepts, material palettes and finishes in line with St. Regis brand standards.

Prepare FF&E specifications, schedules and supplier packages.

Design and document buyer customisation requests, and present options to buyers when required.

Produce detailed drawings, renders and mood boards.

Coordinate with the Architect, consultants and suppliers on samples, procurement and installation.

Support site teams during fit-out to ensure the design is delivered as intended.
Requirements

Essential
-
4+ years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio of luxury residential or hospitality projects.

Hands-on experience with FF&E specification and finishes selection.

Strong skills in AutoCAD and 3D visualisation tools (e.g. 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino).

Fluent English and Russian.

Degree in interior design or architecture.

Experience at a leading design studio on high-end residential or branded hospitality projects.

Experience working directly with private clients on bespoke interiors.

Revit skills.

Greek language.
What we offer

Contract: permanent Cyprus employment contract with social insurance and access to the National Health System (GeSY).

Relocation: flight tickets, help finding accommodation plus the first month's accommodation, and work visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens.

Working hours: flexible start between 8 and 9 AM, finish between 5 and 6 PM, one-hour break.
