  • Gather and document business requirements for Input Management platforms and related solutions.

  • Create process documentation, training materials, user guides, and communication content.

  • Coordinate communication across multiple stakeholders and organizational levels.

  • Support change management, implementation, and rollout activities.

  • What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Input Management, PMO, project coordination, process improvement, document management, or a related area.

  • Fluent German (C1) and English (B2+).

  • EU citizenship.

  • Experience in business process analysis and optimization.

  • Understanding of document management and digitization processes, including familiarity with DMS, OCR, workflow automation, or records management solutions.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Experience supporting implementation, rollout, or change management initiatives.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in digital transformation programs, preferably within the public sector, is a plus.
  • Experience with eFile (E-Akte), Vinna, or archive digitization projects is considered a strong asset.

What We Offer

  • Flexible hybrid work model designed to support a healthy work-life balance (up to 2 office days per month, depending on location).
  • Choice of employment form: Employment Contract (UoP) or B2B cooperation.
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with your experience, including an annual bonus.
  • Opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation and public-sector modernization programs.
  • International and multicultural work environment with German-speaking stakeholders and teams.
  • Feel good at work – passion‑sharing meetups, team moments and initiatives
  • Private medical care, mental health support, and employee wellbeing programmes.
  • Access to a flexible benefits platform with shopping, cinema, and sports discounts.
  • Stay active – Multisport + b-active program
  • Participation in conferences, knowledge-sharing communities, and internal expert networks.
  • Access to professional training, certifications, and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Gift packages and recognition programs
  • Additional days off and experience-based benefits
  • Opportunity to participate in charity, sustainability, and social impact initiatives.
