Über die Rolle

Als Teil unseres Forschungs- und Entwicklungsteams in Hilden bei Düsseldorf trägst Du aktiv zur Entwicklung innovativer Anwendungen im Bereich der digitalen PCR bei. In dieser Rolle führst Du eigenständig Laborarbeiten durch, dokumentierst Deine Ergebnisse nach geltenden Qualitäts- und regulatorischen Standards und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung zukunftsweisender molekularbiologischer Technologien. Gleichzeitig sorgst Du für einen reibungslosen Laborbetrieb und arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Durchführung und eigenständige Dokumentation von Laborversuchen gemäß geltenden Qualitäts- und regulatorischen Anforderungen
• Unterstützung der Entwicklung und Optimierung innovativer Applikationen im Bereich der digitalen PCR
• Anwendung molekular- und zellbiologischer Methoden zur Generierung und Analyse von Versuchsergebnissen
• Selbstständige Bedienung, Wartung und Pflege relevanter Laborinstrumente, sowie Auswertung, Zusammenfassung und Nachverfolgung von Versuchsdaten
• Unterstützung organisatorischer Tätigkeiten zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten Laborbetriebs und darüber hinaus Einarbeitung in neue Methoden, Technologien und Arbeitsabläufe

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Technische Assistenz (z. B. BTA, CTA, MTA oder vergleichbar)
• Mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Molekularbiologie
• Fundierte Kenntnisse verschiedener PCR-Technologien, insbesondere digitale PCR, Real-Time-PCR und Endpunkt-PCR, sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen molekular- und zellbiologischen Methoden
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und nachvollziehbare Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Dokumentationsqualität unterstützt durch einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
