Job title: Implementation Coordinator - Health Plans, TPA
What You'll Actually Do
- Support the full implementation lifecycle: Work alongside the Implementation Project Manager on all internal aspects of new group implementations, from kickoff through go-live.
- Build and own project plans: Create a detailed project plan for each new piece of business, coordinating with internal departments to set accurate, realistic deadlines across the board.
- Drive deadline accountability: Track outstanding deliverables across cross-functional teams, follow up on missed milestones, and escalate to leadership when timelines are at risk.
- Facilitate internal implementation meetings: Lead internal meetings to surface blockers, align stakeholders, and drive solutions to business problems before they impact the client experience.
