About the Role Endeavor Health is seeking experienced Immediate Care nurse practitioners and physician assistants to join our team. In a fast-paced, team-based environment, you will provide care at the top of your license under collaborating physicians across the Immediate Care network, utilizing EPIC EMR, with travel to cover other sites within the geographic area.
Hours vary by site; typical schedule is Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., with Weekend/Holiday rotation from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Full-time positions are 40 hours per week.
You will be part of a fully integrated care system serving more than 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties, contributing to high-quality patient experiences across more than 300 ambulatory locations and eight acute care hospitals.
