Key Responsibilities

Organize and maintain employee documents, HRMS, trackers, and reports.

Coordinate employee meetings, onboarding and offboarding formalities.

Support the HR team with performance management, employee relations, vendor management, employee engagement, and other day to day tasks.

Assist in documenting and rolling out HR policies and initiatives.

Support the recruitment process with hiring, and related documentation.

Must Haves
-
Excellent interpersonal skills, in both verbal and written communication.
-
Basic knowledge of HR functions (e.g., employee relations, HR operations, recruitment).

Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Good understanding of Google Suite/MS Office.

Good to Have
-
3-6 months of experience working in a human resources/administrative role.
-
People-first approach.
-
Basic understanding of HR terminologies.
-
Familiarity of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
-
Familiarity with ATS, HRMS is a plus.
