HR Generalist Shared Service (all genders)
in Vollzeit in unserer Division Human Resources im Großraum Frankfurt zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt gesucht.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft sowie administrative Personalarbeit (z.B. Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen, Bescheinigungen)
- Pflege des Human Resource Management Systems
- Erstellung von HR-Reports, Statistiken und Analysen
- Mitarbeit an Projekten und Prozessoptimierungenim HR-Bereich
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR Business Partnern,Payroll, Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung odervergleichbarer Abschluss
- Erste Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie sichererUmgang mit HR-Systemen
- Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung undstrukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab
