About the Role
This position will support the EMEA HR Operations and HR Business Partner teams with exposure to multiple areas such as onboarding, HRIS, training, benefits, payroll, and employment law. You will interact closely with cross-functional teams including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Legal, Compliance, various internal business leaders, and external vendors.
What You'll Do
- General Coordination: Support the HR Operations and Business Partner teams by handling administration, employee inbound and process coordination, enabling smooth day-to-day operations, including onboarding and benefit enrolments in Workday.
- HRIS & Automation: Champion HRIS optimization and automation initiatives; proactively identify gaps and opportunities to reduce manual touchpoints and improve efficiency, particularly through technology/AI.
- Employment Verification & Compliance: Manage employment verification processes and right-to-work checks; maintain compliance with jurisdictional employment and benefits laws and regulations.
- HR Operations: Partner with Payroll on monthly EMEA payroll processing; manage backend Workday processes (onboarding/offboarding); oversee benefits administration and data integrity; maintain benefits data and provide updates to payroll and brokers; perform regular invoice reconciliations; assist with audits and reporting.
- HR Business Partner: Execute employee lifecycle transactions and audits in Workday (organizational changes, end of probations, verifications, relocations, performance review cycles, terminations); maintain regional handbooks and policy updates on intranet; collaborate with Recruiting and Talent Development to enhance the employee experience; own HR administrative processes such as document drafting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR operations across the EMEA region.
