  • Provide practical employee relations and performance-management guidance, including coaching, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and investigations support as needed.

  • Support compensation and offer decisions through market benchmarking, internal equity analysis, job leveling, and total rewards alignment.

  • Use AI and automation responsibly to improve sourcing, outreach, documentation, reporting, recruiting operations, and the candidate experience.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • 6+ years of progressive HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience, including meaningful experience partnering with leaders in a fast-paced technology environment.

  • Strong full-cycle recruiting and sourcing capability, including demonstrated success building pipelines for technical and business roles.

  • Hands-on experience administering and using an applicant tracking system to manage workflows, candidate data, reporting, compliance, and process improvements.
