Bring commercial judgement, trusted advice and a practical approach to a role that connects People priorities with the strategy and objectives of our Property Management business. You will partner with leaders, support employees through key moments and help deliver consistent People programs across the portfolio.
What you’ll do

Provide employee and industrial relations advice, including conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, performance improvement and employment risk.

Deliver annual People programs across the client group, including goal setting, performance reviews, remuneration review and succession planning.

Coordinate engagement survey activity and translate insights into practical actions with leaders.

Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition on attraction, selection and retention strategies.

Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and contribute to Pacific-wide activity.

Support organisational change, learning and development priorities, and operational initiatives with a people impact.

Prepare workforce data and reporting to inform budgeting, business planning and decision-making.

Work closely with the broader People team to improve programs, strengthen consistency and deliver portfolio-wide change.

About you
-
A People-related qualification or equivalent experience gained in a comparable role.

Solid People Operations or advisory experience, including providing clear advice to leaders.

Working knowledge of contemporary People practices across attraction, retention, career development, culture and workforce transitions.

Confidence handling sensitive matters, complex enquiries and competing stakeholder needs.

Strong communication, influencing, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insight into action.

An organised, agile and collaborative approach, with the ability to work autonomously and use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
