About the Role The Hearing Wellness Advisor is an entry point into a long-term audiology career, working directly with customers in a modern clinic to support their hearing journey and assist Audiologists. You’ll receive structured training (Boots Hearingcare Academy in Llandudno) and have a clear progression pathway toward QHAD and Audiologist roles, backed by the scale and support of Boots Hearingcare. What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Carry out hearing screenings and pre-clinic checks
- Support hearing aid maintenance, aftercare, and troubleshooting
- Assist Audiologists with clinic flow and customer preparation
- Confidently discuss hearing health, ear care products, and next steps with customers
- Manage administration, appointments, and customer records accurately
- Play an active role in delivering a high-quality, customer-centric service
- You’ll be trusted with responsibility and supported to grow your capability over time. What We're Looking For
- A strong customer-service background (healthcare or retail ideal)
- Confidence working with customers in a consultative environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills
- A genuine interest in hearing health and progression into audiology
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science to support future QHAD entry Compensation & Benefits
