About the Role Join AudioNova at Sonova in Kent, WA as a Hearing Care Professional. This onsite role focuses on helping people rediscover the joy of hearing by assessing needs, presenting treatment options, and guiding long-term hearing health. Ideal candidates hold a Washington Hearing Aid Dispensing License and, ideally, a Doctorate in Audiology or are a 3rd/4th year extern ready to make a difference. What You'll Do
- Perform patient hearing test assessments; analyze results and recommend treatment and product options.
- Address patient questions and concerns regarding benefits of hearing aid use.
- Discuss pricing of hearing instruments and present the value of hearing health care, services, and the long-term effects of hearing aid use.
- Engage in community outreach to generate new patient referrals.
- Teach patients how to best utilize new technology to meet their hearing goals.
- Hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings; perform needed adjustments to fitted products while complying with company quality standards.
- Adhere to procedural quality standards to maximize product performance and address patient concerns/objections. What We're Looking For
- Audiology or Hearing Aid Dispensing License in the state of Washington.
- Doctorate in Audiology preferred, or a 3rd/4th year Audiology extern.
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills. Nice to Have

- Salary: $81,000 - $100,000 per year + Sales Incentive Plan.
