About the Role Connect Hearing, part of Sonova, is seeking a licensed Hearing Care Professional (Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner) in Langford, BC to deliver exceptional client care and hearing solutions across Canada's growing network. You’ll join a supportive environment with structured onboarding, strong operational support, and ongoing professional development.
What You'll Do
- Provide an exceptional client experience focused on counselling, product education, and recommendations.
- Conduct hearing loss evaluations for new clients and recommend the best-fit solution.
- Provide continuous care for existing clients to ensure a meaningful relationship.
- Manage verbal and written communications related to client care with clients, families, physicians, team members, and third-party payees.
- Make a difference in the lives of your clients.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed with one of Canada's provincial regulatory bodies or colleges.
- Passionate about client service and holistic care.
- Confident selling a solution you believe in and want to make a difference.
- Driving curiosity about the science of Audiology, new technology, and your clients' lives.
- If you're a student or pursuing your professional license, internships are welcome.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 to $100,000 yearly.
- Attractive monthly bonus and sales incentive program.
