About the Role Connect Hearing, a Sonova network, is seeking a Hearing Care Professional in Sidney, BC to deliver exceptional hearing care and support patients throughout their journey, from evaluation to ongoing care. The role focuses on client counselling, product education, and recommending best-fit solutions to improve lives. What You'll Do
- Provide an exceptional client experience through counselling, product education, and recommendations
- Conduct hearing loss evaluations for new clients and identify best-fit solutions
- Deliver continuous care to existing clients to foster long-term relationships
- Manage verbal and written communications with clients, families, physicians, team members, and third-party payees
- Contribute to a patient-centric culture that makes a meaningful difference in lives What We're Looking For
- Licensed with one of Canada's provincial regulatory bodies or colleges
- Passionate about client service and holistic care
- Confident selling a solution you believe in
- Curious about the science of Audiology, new technology, and clients' lives
- Open to students or internships as you pursue your professional license Nice to Have

- Salary range: $70,000 to $100,000+ annually
