About the Role Join AudioNova by Sonova in Greenville, NY to help people rediscover the joy of hearing as a Hearing Care Professional/Hearing Aid Dispenser. You will perform hearing assessments, discuss options, educate patients, and support long-term hearing health care within a patient-centered team. What You'll Do
- Perform patient hearing test assessments; analyze results and recommend treatment and product options
- Address patient questions and concerns regarding benefits of Hearing Aid use
- Discuss pricing, present the value of hearing health care, services, and long-term effects of hearing aid use
- Conduct community outreach to generate new patient referrals
- Teach patients how to use new technology to meet hearing goals
- Hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings; make required adjustments; comply with quality standards What We're Looking For
- Hearing Aid Dispensing License in the state of New York
- Ideally Doctorate in Audiology, or a 3rd or 4th year Audiology extern eager to make a difference Nice to Have
- Optional/preferred qualifications: not specified Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
- Plus Sales Incentive Plan; sign-on bonus and relocation bonus for eligible candidates
