About the Role
Sonova is seeking passionate hearing care professionals in Norwich, NY to deliver audiology and hearing care services. In this role, you will perform hearing assessments, educate patients on hearing solutions, and guide them through fitting and maintaining devices to improve hearing health and quality of life. This position involves community outreach and collaboration with a cross-functional team. What You'll Do

Perform patient hearing test assessments; analyze results and recommend varied treatment and product options.

Address patient questions and concerns regarding benefits of hearing aid use.

Discuss pricing of hearing instruments, presenting the value of hearing health care, your services, and the long-term effects of hearing aid use.

Conduct community outreach to generate new patient referrals.

Teach patients how to best utilize new technology to meet hearing goals.

Hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings; perform needed adjustments to fitted products; comply with all procedural company quality standards and guidelines to maximize product performance and overcome patient concerns/objections. What We're Looking For

Audiology or Hearing Aid Dispensing License in the state of New York.

Ideally, Doctorate in Audiology, or you are a 3rd or 4th year Audiology extern eager to make a difference.

Excellent communication and counseling skills; ability to educate patients on hearing health and device use.

Willingness to engage in community outreach and generate patient referrals. Nice to Have

Doctorate in Audiology or 3rd/4th year Audiology extern (preferred).

Experience with hearing aid fitting, repairs, and maintenance.

Familiarity with NY regulations for hearing care. Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year plus Sales Incentive Plan.

$10,000 sign-on bonus.
