About the Role As an Associate Manager you will contribute to a wide variety of complex analyses and projects involving the design, measurement, analysis, and project management of the full spectrum of employer health and group benefit programs. You will interface with carriers/vendors and client teams, help prepare client deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met. What You'll Do
- Act as an active member on multiple employer client teams providing project management, financial analyses, outputs and client deliverables across a region.
- Provide direction on benefit plan analysis, design, cost avoidance, risk and funding strategies.
- Contribute to carrier/vendor financial reviews for clients.
