Head of Quality (m/w/d)
IHRE AUFGABEN:
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und des Verständnisses der erforderlichen Qualitätsstandards innerhalb der gesamten Organisation.
- Gesamtverantwortung für das integrierte Management System
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Quality-Teams
- Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des integrierten Managementsystems (IMS): IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA und ISO 14001
- Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung interner und externer Audits
- Initiierung und Leitung von Qualitätsverbesserungsprojekten (z. B. Lean, Six Sigma)
- Analyse und Bewertung von Qualitätskennzahlen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Ansprechpartnerin für Kundinnen und Lieferant*innen in allen qualitätsrelevanten Themen
- Steuerung und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Einleitung von Korrektur- und Präventivmaßnahmen
