Head of OT Cyber Security Centre of Excellence

Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the global OT cyber security strategy, target operating model and multi-year roadmap.
- Lead the Luxembourg hub and ensure alignment with the Group CISO, business leadership, clusters and plants.
- Oversee the four CoE pillars: Governance & Standards; OT Engineering & Architecture; Capability Development & Training; and Global OT Security Oversight.
- Establish portfolio priorities, funding requirements and executive reporting.
- Facilitate partnerships with the Luxembourg government, research organisations and industry providers.
- Ensure that the hub defines standards, clusters orchestrate deployment and plants execute locally.
- Provide executive oversight of material OT risks, exceptions, incidents and remediation programmes.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in cyber security, engineering, computer science, automation or a related discipline; equivalent senior experience accepted.
- Strong knowledge of industrial operations, OT security governance, risk management and enterprise transformation.
- Executive communication, stakeholder management, financial planning and organisational leadership capabilities.
Experience
-
15+ years in cyber security, technology risk, industrial engineering or related leadership roles.

4+ years leading enterprise or multi-country security programmes, preferably in manufacturing, energy or critical infrastructure.

Demonstrated experience engaging executive committees, regulators, and external partners.

Prior working experience with Government agencies is a plus

Certifications

CISSP or CISM required or demonstrably equivalent experience.

GICSP, IEC 62443, CRISC, CGEIT or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor preferred.
