Has exceptional taste in composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Can explain and defend design decisions clearly.
What you will work on

Design covers and key visuals for product and feature releases.

Adapt designs across all formats: Instagram (1:1, 4:5, 9:16), YouTube thumbnails (16:9), X/Twitter, website and in-app banners, ads, and presentations.

Evolve and maintain the Higgsfield visual language and Instagram grid.

Create key art and posters for Higgsfield Original Series and brand campaigns.

Turn product features into clear, eye-catching visuals people understand at a glance.

Generate, curate, and refine AI imagery as a core part of your daily workflow.

Work closely with Creative Directors, motion designers, founders, and growth teams.
Your must-haves
-
Strong experience with image GenAI tools (Nano Banana, Midjourney, Flux, or similar), with the ability to generate and curate high-quality visuals on your own.

Advanced skills in Figma and Photoshop (Illustrator is a plus).

Strong grasp of typography, layout, grids, and custom title design.

A portfolio of social, marketing, or key art work.

Sharp sense of visual and internet culture, able to pitch ideas that hook.

Understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience engagement.
Nice to have

Basic motion skills (After Effects or similar) to bring static work to life.

Experience in film or entertainment poster design.
