Job Title: Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) – Accelerator Program

Location: Sabon-Lugbe, Airport Road - Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support software, embedded systems, and industrial IoT solutions.

• Build and configure battery storage systems, BMS, inverters, and power systems.

• Work on pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and instrumentation systems within the energy/oil & gas environment.

• Use CAD tools for mechanical design, prototyping, and fabrication-ready drawings.

• Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and field deployments.

• Apply QA/QC and safety standards across engineering projects.

• Collaborate across software, electrical, mechanical, and energy engineering projects.

• Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Eng, B.Sc., or B.Tech) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.

• Minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) preferred; exceptional 2:2 candidates with strong technical portfolios may be considered.

• Completed NYSC with a discharge certificate or exemption letter.

• Maximum age: 28 years.

• Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and technical skills.

• Willingness to work hands-on with hardware, manufacturing equipment, field systems, and software development.

• Demonstrable technical projects, engineering projects, coding experience, or relevant practical experience will be an advantage.

• Program Terms

• Monthly stipend of ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 plus performance-based bonuses.

• Successful trainees may progress into Lead Engineer or Technical Project Lead roles.

• Successful candidates will be required to sign a Training Bond Agreement with an 18–24 month service commitment.

• IP Assignment and NDA agreements are required before onboarding.
