Job Description Summary
The First-Year Writing Academic Graduate Assistant will enthusiastically assist with program development, operations, and instructor support.
Responsibilities
-
Responsible to model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration and active support of the University’s Mission and Catholic and Lasallian higher education.

Help create, revise, edit, and post various program documents and digital sites, for both internal and external audiences, e.g., program newsletter, program events publicity, program webpage

Conduct research in support of program initiatives

Help organize, create, and maintain program operation documents

Help organize and maintain program Blackboard shell
-
Help organize and implement program events
-
Offer support as needed for program development
-
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree. Must be a graduate student in good standing in a degree or certificate program at Lewis University. Excellent writing, design, and editing skills

Experience with digital media and publishing software. Research skills/experience. Responsible and proactive
