What You'll Do
- Play a key design role on a team making world class AI-powered games
- Design mechanics that use LLMs to create engaging new gameplay
- Work closely with artists and programmers to turn your design ideas into reality
- Use iteration and playtests to refine your work
- Pitch creative ideas for new features and upcoming projects
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a game designer, or equivalent background
- Post-secondary degree or certificate in game design, or equivalent background
- Proven experience designing party games, social games, and other multiplayer experiences
- Working knowledge of how LLMs can be used to create novel gameplay and conversational AI characters
- Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and hit deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment
- Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
- Must submit CV and Portfolio in English
Nice to Have
- Experience working in co-development or outsourcing is a plus
