About the Role We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. In this project-based role, you’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues to develop our Talent Network in LATAM. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to significantly impact our recruitment processes while showcasing our dynamic culture.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement sourcing and recruiting campaigns tailored to our business needs.
- Independently manage the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with hiring managers and a strong candidate experience.
- Proactively engage passive candidates and build robust candidate pools.
- Conduct screenings and interviews, evaluating both technical and cultural fit.
- Regularly update and maintain our ATS to ensure accurate candidate tracking, notes, and transparent information flow for hiring teams.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition, ideally within the gaming or IT industry; freelance experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; ability to organize, track, and report candidate status effectively.
- Proficiency with recruiting platforms, resume databases, and sourcing tools.
- High level of fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Freelance recruitment experience is preferred.
- Experience building LATAM Talent Network is a plus.
- Experience recruiting in gaming or IT is a plus.
