About the Role You join Sonova as a Flying Audicien to support hearing centers across the Mechelen region, traveling to different locations to find the most suitable hearing solutions for customers. You bring Audiology credentials (BA/MA) and a RIZIV number, along with empathy and a passion to make a difference. What You'll Do
- Travel to multiple locations within the Mechelen region to support hearing centers and points of sale.
- Perform advanced audiometric tests to propose the most suitable hearing solution.
- Apply new techniques such as remote fitting.
- Drive the entire process from A to Z and take responsibility for outcomes. -Share best practices with teams and adapt to different team dynamics. -Ensure attention to detail and deliver high-quality customer experiences. What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Audiology (BA or MA) and a valid RIZIV number.
- Significant experience as audiologist/audicien.
- Ability to work in changing environments and adapt to different teams.
- Strong attention to detail; comfort with advanced audiometry.
- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the region and cover varying locations. Nice to Have
- Experience with remote fitting and openness to adopting new techniques.
