<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a <strong>Finance Project Coordinator (Trainee)</strong> to support the smooth execution of projects within our client services team.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on internship where you will gain exposure to <strong>project management, finance administration and cross-functional collaboration</strong> in a fast-paced healthcare agency environment.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with project management: Support the account services team coordinating admin tasks to develop campaigns</li>
<li>Administrative support: Handle various administrative tasks related to client management and D365. Be in liaison with the finance department to ensure the processes are followed accordingly.</li>
<li>External Interaction: Collaborate with client services team to maintain positive client and vendors relationships by providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative and medical departments to ensure seamless project execution.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About you </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree or Master’s in <strong>Business Administration </strong>or similar</li>
<li>Strong interest in project management and agency/healthcare environment</li>
<li><strong>Availability for at least 6 months</strong> and required ability to sign an i<strong>nternship agreement (convenio) with your school/university.</strong></li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills, proactivity, attention to detail and team spirit</li>
<li>Good level of English (international environment) and Spanish</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li>
