About the Role Join Chevron's Business Support Center (BASSC) in Buenos Aires as a Finance/Accounting professional. You will provide financial analysis, accounting support, and regulatory/closing activities to enable business decisions across Chevron's segments, while partnering with internal stakeholders in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. What You'll Do
- Use technology and critical thinking to lead high-quality decisions.
- Contribute to a continuous process improvement environment.
- Understand and apply accounting fundamentals to operational and closing activities.
- Provide financial analysis support for the business.
- Deliver accounting support and reconciliation analysis.
- Strive for process efficiencies that add value.
- Build engaging, collaborative relationships with internal partners and external customers. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8 years of finance/accounting work experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Adaptability to change and ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Team-oriented mindset and collaboration.
Preferred:
- Finance or accounting degree.
- Proactive with curiosity to experiment with latest technologies to enable innovation.
- Experience with automation tools.
