Field Service Engineer - Colorado, Wyoming and Utah
At Sartorius, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers keep essential laboratory equipment operating at peak performance. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll serve as a trusted technical partner, delivering installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair services while building long-term customer relationships throughout the territory. This is a field-based position covering Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. The ideal candidate will reside in Denver, CO or the surrounding areas.

What you will accomplish together with us:
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Document processes
- Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
- Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers
What will convince us
- Associate's degree or High School Degree/GED with Technical certification
- 2+ years proven field service experience including experience with the calibration of balances and moisture analyzers
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications

Base salary range: $60,000–$90,000 (depending on experience, skill set, education, and location), plus bonus and car allowance.
