About this role
Edenred in Kleinostheim, Germany, is seeking an Expert Accounting to manage the financial administration for The Mobility House Solutions / Edenred E-Mobility GmbH. The role combines independent handling of accounting processes with active collaboration across departments to ensure accurate reporting, treasury activity, and ongoing process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and monitor the main and sub-ledger for The Mobility House Solutions / Edenred E-Mobility GmbH.
- Oversee and supervise treasury activities and receivables management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations and monitor outstanding items.
- Identify and implement automation and optimization opportunities in accounting; collaborate closely with all departments and contribute to internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training with additional qualification as a Bilanzbuchhalter/in or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/finances.
- Several years of experience in financial and consolidated accounting, ideally in an international environment.
- Solid knowledge of HGB accounting standards, practical experience with closing processes, and proficient use of accounting software, MS Office, and MS Teams.
- Independent and reliable work style, strong team orientation, communication skills, analytical and solution-oriented thinking, high initiative, and quick comprehension of interrelationships.
- Very good German and English language skills in spoken and written form.
