We're looking for an Executive Team Assistant to:

• educate clients on account services and capabilities

• coordinate daily tasks and projects, working seamlessly with teammates

• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and managing service requests

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information

• help with preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings

• The team

• You’ll be working with The Dworak Group in office at the Lincoln, NE location. As a Client Associate, you’ll play an important role interacting with both the team and clients.

• Your skills and experience

• detail and service oriented (nothing gets past you)

• good written and verbal communication skills

• dynamic team player

• self-starter who takes ownership of tasks

• client service experience preferred

• experience in the financial industry not necessary, yet preferred

• college degree is preferred
