Executive & Family Driver

Role Overview We are currently seeking a highly professional, discreet, and reliable Executive & Family Driver to work directly with a high-level Executive. In this dual-capacity role, you will be responsible for driving the Executive to and from the office and official engagements, while also serving as the designated driver for the Executive’s family.

The ideal candidate must be safety-conscious, deeply familiar with Lagos road networks, and dedicated to providing smooth, comfortable, and timely transportation. If you take pride in your appearance, maintain your vehicles meticulously, and value punctuality, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Transportation: Safely and punctually transport the Executive to the office, business meetings, and other official destinations.

• Family Commute: Provide reliable and courteous transportation for the Executive’s family members for school runs, errands, and personal appointments as directed.

• Route Planning: Utilize extensive knowledge of Lagos routes (Mainland and Island) and navigation apps to avoid heavy traffic and ensure timely arrivals.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections (checking oil, water, tires, and brakes) and basic troubleshooting. Promptly report any mechanical faults or scheduled maintenance needs.

• Vehicle Cleanliness: Ensure the assigned vehicle(s) are kept impeccably clean, polished, and fresh-smelling at all times, both inside and out.

• Safety & Compliance: Strictly observe all state and national traffic laws, road signs, and regulations to ensure zero accidents and zero traffic violations.

• Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Age Profile: Must be 27 years of age or older.

• Location: Must currently reside on the Lagos Mainland for easy daily commuting and early starts.

• Licensing: Must possess a valid Nigerian Driver’s License (a valid LASDRI card is an added advantage).

• Driving Expertise: Proven experience driving both Manual and Automatic transmission vehicles smoothly and confidently.

• Mechanical Knowledge: Must be conversant with how a car works, capable of identifying basic automotive issues and performing minor routine checks.

• Navigational Skills: Excellent, up-to-date knowledge of Lagos road networks, alternative routes, and traffic patterns.

• Personal Attributes:

• Must be well-groomed, clean, and professional in appearance at all times.

• High level of confidentiality, respect, and emotional intelligence.

• Excellent safety record with strong defensive driving skills.

• Good communication and listening skills.
