About the Role
The Environmental Services Technician at Logan Health provides essential cleaning, infection prevention, and support services in assigned areas, contributing to a safe and compassionate patient and staff environment. What You'll Do

Prioritize job functions to maintain proper workflow and respond to the needs of the department with minimal direction.

Operate and maintain equipment and supplies safely and in accordance with procedures and infection control standards.

Apply aseptic techniques and protect patient and customer confidentiality.

Respond to pages in a timely manner and communicate effectively with teams.

Stock and organize carts and resources for assigned departments.

Follow state laws, department protocols, and maintain high standards of quality and integrity.

Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct in sensitive situations.

Demonstrate strong organizational, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. What We're Looking For

Minimum of one year related experience preferred; English proficiency required.

Ability to follow written and oral instructions; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience answering phones and responding to pages preferred; knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Knowledge of proper use of commercial equipment and devices preferred; infection control awareness. Nice to Have
