Role Overview: Engineering effectiveness depends on making complex technical knowledge, tools, and practices easy for engineers to discover, understand, and apply. As an Engineering Enablement Specialist, you will own strategic enablement initiatives that improve how engineers onboard, build expertise, adopt evolving engineering practices, and access critical knowledge across a global organization.

Partnering with Engineering leaders, subject matter experts, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders, you will solve complex enablement challenges, influence practices, and drive alignment across teams.
At Genesys, you will lead major cross-functional initiatives, guide colleagues, and influence how engineers learn and adopt new capabilities at scale. This role provides exposure to enterprise engineering initiatives while expanding your expertise in AI-enabled learning, knowledge management, and organizational enablement.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner across Engineering, Product, Operations, and other functions to resolve complex enablement needs, align priorities, and deliver clear, consistent communications
- Establish feedback mechanisms and performance measures to evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities, and continuously improve enablement programs
- Guide and coach colleagues involved in enablement initiatives while evaluating emerging technologies and practices that can improve engineering productivity and access to knowledge
Required Qualifications:

- Advanced experience developing scalable technical learning, documentation, knowledge management, or enablement programs for technical audiences
- Strong background partnering with Engineering leaders and subject matter experts to analyze complex needs and translate technical concepts into practical strategies and resources
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across functions, build alignment, and provide guidance or coaching to colleagues
- Strong program and project management capability, including defining approaches, managing dependencies, coordinating priorities, and evaluating outcomes
- Demonstrated experience applying Generative AI to content development, knowledge management, communications, or workflow automation, combined with strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a global software engineering, SaaS, cloud, or technology organization
- Familiarity with Agile development, DevOps, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices
- Experience with Confluence, Learning Management Systems, knowledge management platforms, documentation tools, or comparable enterprise enablement technologies
