Employee Listening Coordinator – Budapest (Hungary) - Your future position?

Overall mission

Support Givaudan's employee experience agenda and help operationalize the Employee Listening strategies. You will ensure the execution of surveys projects from planning through delivery, reporting, and follow-up. You will be based in Budapest and report to the Global Rewards Solutions Lead.

You will:

  • Manage the end-to-end survey implementation process, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-survey activities.
  • Be the first point of contact for survey-related queries and requests, providing prompt, accurate, and customer-focused support.
  • Partner with IT to ensure platform readiness, data security, and proper configuration for survey launches.
  • Conduct data validation to ensure survey information is timely, accurate, and of high quality and support the interpretation of survey results.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation relevant to survey processes.
  • Identify improvement opportunities within the listening process, propose solutions, and support agreed process improvement projects.
  • Partner with the Centre of Expertise (COE) for Employee Experience to align survey insights with people strategy programs.
  • Support governance of listening tools and ensure adherence to data security standards.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners through different channels (email, meetings, collaboration platforms).

You:

  • Hold a college or university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Have experience working with HR systems, employee data, or survey administration processes.
  • Have knowledge of SAP Success Factors (considered an advantage).
  • Possess strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and deliver accurate, data-driven insights.
  • Are familiar with digital survey platforms and data management principles.
  • Have experience with Qualtrics or a comparable survey platform (preferred).
  • Have proven experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and managing competing priorities.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understand survey methodology and employee listening practices.
