As a NetApp Revenue Enablement Education Specialist, this role provides project management, content creation, learning curation, and facilitation support for employee and partner enablement programs. The position primarily supports global program management and curriculum curation, while also facilitating learning experiences for employee and partner audiences in the EMEA geography.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated logistical, operational, and program functions for employee and partner training initiatives.

• Provide program coordination and leadership for day-to-day enablement activities, including project planning, execution, tracking, and follow-through.

• Curate content for Sales and Sales Engineer curricula, including distributor workshops, SE workshops, and related enablement programs.

• Facilitate courses and learning sessions for employee and partner audiences in EMEA.

• Support the implementation of short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures for enablement programs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to ensure enablement content is accurate, relevant, and aligned to business priorities.

• Maintain and update learning materials, curriculum resources, and program documentation to support ongoing adoption and effectiveness.

• Manage special projects-- including coordination of timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and outcomes.

• Track program progress, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to strengthen learning impact and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated facilitation, instruction, and mentoring skills for professional learning audiences.

• Deep understanding of NetApp technologies, solutions, and go-to-market motions for partners and distributors.

• Experience curating content for enablement programs, training curricula, workshops, or learning pathways.

• Solid project management, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and geographies.

• Commitment to stakeholder satisfaction and continuous improvement.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles, learning management systems, virtual facilitation tools, and modern enablement practices preferred.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience supporting sales enablement, partner enablement, technical training, or learning and development programs.

• Experience working with global teams and adapting content or facilitation approaches for regional audiences.

• Comfort using collaboration, presentation, project management, and learning platforms to deliver measurable program outcomes.
