Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience supporting engineering, construction, or industrial projects? Join MOL Group's Strategic Capital Projects organization as a Document Controller and play a key role in managing technical documentation throughout the lifecycle of major capital investment projects.
This role is ideal for professionals with an engineering or technical project background who have experience working in project environments and managing technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project documentation within the Project Document Management System (PDMS) Track, review, register and distribute technical documentation, drawings and project deliverables Ensure document quality, version control and compliance with project procedures Coordinate document workflows between project teams, engineering contractors, suppliers and external partners Monitor review and approval processes and follow up on outstanding documentation Maintain document registers, databases and filing structures Prepare status reports for project management Contribute to the continuous improvement of document management processes and digital tools
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, Construction Management or a related technical field Several years of experience supporting capital projects, industrial investments or large construction projects Experience in document control, project coordination or technical project support Strong understanding of technical documentation, engineering deliverables and drawing management Experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Autodesk Forma or similar project document management platforms Strong digital mindset and ability to quickly adopt new systems and tools Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
Personal Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work proactively in a complex project environment Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Language Requirements
Fluent English Hungarian language skills
Nice to Have
Experience in energy, oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, industrial or infrastructure projects Experience working with EPC/EPCM contractors Familiarity with project management methodologies and project execution processes
