We are looking for a Director / Senior Director of Strategic Finance to act as the primary financial and commercial leader for our Signature Service organisation out of the UK. In this highly visible role, you will serve as the strategic right-hand to the CEO of Signature Services while driving critical global initiatives. You will lead complex structural integrations, shape our global pricing strategy, and build scalable frameworks that drive monetization and streamline commercial operations. We are seeking a dynamic, "commercial first" leader who thrives in ambiguity, commands the room with data-driven storytelling, and can seamlessly translate complex financial architecture into actionable business growth. This role will not be responsible for treasury and accounting but would work cross functionally with their counterparts.

What You’ll Do

• European Leadership & Signature Services Business Partner: Serve as the core strategic finance partner to the CEO of Navan Signature Services, demonstrating strong partnership with executive leadership and exceptional executive communication skills on diverse regional projects. Fully own the financial strategy and execution for the signature services division to drive growth and profitability.

• Global Ecosystem Integration: Spearhead the global integration and strategic wind-down of legacy subsidiaries, exercising extensive cross-functional influence to ensure all international entities are seamlessly unified under a single, streamlined financial ecosystem.

• Global Market & Dynamic Pricing Strategy: Conceptualize and drive global go-to-market frameworks, leveraging deep experience in bespoke pricing and dynamic pricing strategies to adapt to varying market conditions and maximize revenue capture.

• Strategic Leadership & Monetization: Build and lead a high-performing pricing center of excellence; own the end-to-end monetization roadmap—integrating tiering, value-based pricing, and usage-based financial models—to drive NRR; and develop strict ROI frameworks ensuring product innovation directly translates to margin expansion.

• Commercial Operations & Deal Execution: Partner with Deal Desk and Sales leadership to architect high-value enterprise exceptions; design and deploy real-time automated pricing calculators to accelerate sales cycles; and own the scenario-modeling engines that provide account management with data-driven facts to optimize renewals and minimize churn.

• What We’re Looking For

• Experience & Education

• Leadership: 12+ years of experience in strategic finance, pricing, or commercial strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment in Europe.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.

• Technical & Analytical Skills

• Pricing Expertise: Deep understanding of SaaS monetization levers (usage-based, seat-based, tiered) and price elasticity modeling.

• Financial Powerhouse: Expert-level financial modeling and a mastery of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

• Systems Thinker: Experience optimizing pricing/CPQ tools and integrating them with financial planning systems (e.g., Pigment, Salesforce).

• Professional Attributes

• Executive Presence: Ability to command a room and influence C-suite decisions through data-driven storytelling and clear commercial logic.

• Negotiation Mindset: A "commercial first" approach to finance—you seek ways to say "yes" to deals while protecting the company’s bottom line.

• Detailed: Possesses the agility to zoom out for big-picture financial modeling and zoom in to ensure the integrity of the underlying data.

• Adaptability: Proven ability to build structure in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and a relentless bias for action.
